My love/hate affair with TV
I don’t have cable right now. I rather like it. My productivity, diet, and exercise have improved since I left cable behind. We have evening tea and play boardgames before retiring–to read! Read, I tell you. It’s fantastic! I’ve put off ordering cable after our move because I’m reluctant to trade my newly found free time for reruns of “My Name is Earl.”
And then it comes to my attention that while I’ve been honeymooning with my new cable-free lifestyle, a certain football team has been busy making bowl game history. So thanks, Boise State. Thanks to you and your nachos-dot-com bowl, I’m getting cable again.
